Cea de-a doua reprezentanta a Republicii Moldova la Cerbul de Aur 2009 este Geta Burlacu. Numele ei adevarat este Georgeta Burlacu si s-a nascut la 22 Iulie 1974. Ea canta doar muzica jazz. A fost solista trupelor Univox Vocal Band, Acid Grapes si Right Horns. In 2006 a participat la Selectia Nationala Eurovision din Republica Moldova, pierzand in fata lui Arsenium feat. Natalia Gordienko & connect-r. In 2008 a reprezentat Republica Moldova la Eurovision 2008, terminand pe locul 12 in Semifinala si ratand calificarea in Finala.
